ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations must be notified in written to Grupo Pacífico.
- After November 15th, 2014 no name changes will be accepted. Any name change after this date will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking will be made.
- Cancellations made before November 1st, 2014 will have full refund minus 50 € for handling fees.
- Cancellations made between November 2nd and November 15th, 2014 will be charged with 50% of the total amount of hotel reservation.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations received after November 15th, 2014, or confirmed rooms for participants who fail to attend.
- In case of no-show the hotel will automatically cancel the room at 9 am of the following day and will make no reimbursement.
- Corresponding refunds will be made from November 21st, 2014 onwards.
