Workshops / tutorials

Submission

Half-day or full day workshops and tutorials will be proposed and should target established fields of research in humanoid robots. Tutorials will provide descriptions on its state of the art, by individuals who are recognized researchers of the field. Workshops should focus on areas of active research in order to provide an informal forum for participants to exchange developing research results and ideas.

The submission of a workshop or tutorial contribution must be made through PaperPlaza and will be accompanied with the following information:
  • Title.
  • Format (indicate full or half day, tutorial or workshop).
  • Main organizer (1-3 persons, their affiliations, complete address and corresponding contact).
  • Statement of objectives.
  • Intended audience.
  • List of speakers.

Acceptance

Upon approval the organizers will be asked to produce and maintain a dedicated tutorial/workshop webpage, which shall be used to disseminate updated information on the tutorial/workshop and also to raise interest from potential additional presenters and participants. The organizers will also be required to collect and integrate tutorial/workshop abstract (1 page) before the workshop.

Conference Digest

Conference Digest will be distributed to all participants. Please prepare one (and only one) MS Word document that illustrates your workshop and upload to IEEE-PaperPlaza. You must only use the MS Word template available here. Please do not change the template and keep fonts and font sizes as prepared in the template. Please also note that the digest will be printed in black and white.
