Sessions Information

Oral Presentations will be held in the Patio room and have an allocated time-slot of 10 minutes, with 3 minutes for audience questions. The presentation plus discussions must fit into a total 13-minute time frame. Speakers should bring a laptop with their presentation slides ready and be prepared to display over a VGA cable.

Interactive and Video Presentations will be held in the Comendador and Escudo rooms. Each presenter will be given a booth with 42” LCD monitor. There will be up to 21 and 15 simultaneous Interactive and video presentations in each room during one hour slot. Speakers should bring a laptop with their presentations and be prepared to display over an HDMI cable.

You can present your submission in any way you want: common slides presentation, electronic poster, demos, videos, etc. The more visually engaging your presentation is, the more likely participants will be drawn to your booth and get involved in the discussion. You can also bring small demonstration objects that visitors can pick up and look at.

In contrast to oral presentations this type of presentations gives the presenters the plenty of time to demonstrate their work and continuously interact with the audience. Usually, interactive sessions result in great in-depth discussions.
