REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any kind of Cancellation must be notified in written to Grupo Pacífico.
- Only in special cases, name changes will be accepted for another person in the same company.
- Cancellations made before October 20th, 2014 will be refunded for a cancellation fee of 60€.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations made after October 20th, 2014 or registered participants who fail to attend.
- No refunds will be made for cancelled sessions, cancelled lecturers or changes in the congress program
- Corresponding refunds will be made from November 21st, 2014 onwards.
