IEEE RAS Travel Support for Student Member Authors
PRIORITY GIVEN TO PRESENTING STUDENT AUTHORS
Application Deadline: March 30, 2014
IEEE provides travel support for IEEE RAS student member authors. In order to be granted travel support, students are obliged to submit an official application. The student’s travel expense will be partially supported, depending on the number of applicants and available amount of funding.
If travel support is granted, the student will have to report at the conference site, showing his/her passport and flight tickets to receive travel support. The student must certify that the part of the travel expenses covered by the received support is not otherwise covered by university, foundation or industry funds. The request must be submitted through PaperPlaza. Follow the “Submit a Contribution to ICRA2014″ link from
PaperPlaza, then the link “Submit” for “RAS Student Travel Support Application” using the
RAS Student Travel Support Form.
IEEE RAS Travel Support for Non-Student Member Authors
PRIORITY GIVEN TO PRESENTING AUTHORS FROM DEVELOPING COUNTRIES
Application Deadline: March 30, 2014
IEEE provides travel support for IEEE RAS non-student member authors of ICRA 2014, whereas priority is given to authors from developing countries (https://www.iawp.org/joiniawp/countrylist.htm). In order to be granted travel support, authors are obliged to submit an official application.
If travel support is granted, the author will have to report at the conference site, showing his/her passport and flight tickets to receive travel support. The author must certify that the part of the travel expenses covered by the received support is not otherwise covered by university, foundation or industry funds. The request must be submitted through PaperPlaza. Follow the “Submit a Contribution to ICRA

NSF Student Travel Support
PRIORITY GIVEN TO PRESENTING STUDENT AUTHORS
Application Deadline: March 30, 2014
We anticipate travel grant support from the National Science Foundation (NSF) for US PhD students ONLY who plan to attend and present their work at ICRA 2014. The grant will cover partial registration fee and partial airfare for coach/economy class ticket purchased on a US flag carrier ONLY.
If travel support is granted, the student will have to report at the conference site, showing his/her passport and flight tickets to receive travel support. The student must certify that the part of the travel expenses covered by the received support is not otherwise covered by university, foundation or industry funds. The request must be submitted through PaperPlaza. Follow the “Submit a Contribution to ICRA

PaperPlaza, then the link “Submit” for “NSF Student Travel Support Application” using the
NSF Student Travel Support Form.
