Instructions

Workshop/Tutorials organizers are kindly asked to follow the instructions:

1. Webpage of workshop/tutorial: Provide a link to the webpage of your workshop/tutorial and email to icra2014@cityu.edu.hk by January 20, 2014
2. Schedule of your workshop/tutorial: Please align the schedule of your workshop/tutorial to the given schedule taking into account the coffee break times which are the same across all of ICRA conference and workshops/tutorials days.
3. Workshop/Tutorial proceedings: As workshop/tutorial organizer, please collect all of the materials that will be used by each of your speakers for distribution to the workshop participants. Combine these into a single.pdf file no larger than 30Mb and upload them to your PaperPlaza account. It is the responsibility of each workshop organizer to be sure that materials for distribution do not violate copyright considerations. These materials must be uploaded by April 15, 2014. Your single pdf file should start with front page, description of the objectives of the workshop/tutorial, list of confirmed invited speakers and organizers information according to this template.
4. Deadline: Your workshop/tutorial single pdf file should be submitted by April 15, 2014

Please start working on your workshop/tutorial as soon as you can. We expect to see a successful workshop/tutorial program at ICRA 2014!
