IEEE member registration:

Visa Letter:
It takes around 2-3 months to get visa letter from the Ministry. Therefore, it is suggested to register for the conference and submit your visa letter request in advance on the registration portal.

Food- The conference registration covers all technical session, evening sessions, including lunch, dinner and high tea for all three days at Hilton. Tutorial / short course fee also includes lunch at the venue.
