Guests Program
We encourage guests of conference attendees to register. The registration fee of $35 US Dollars permits you to attend the evening guest refreshments Sunday September 20th and Tuesday September 22nd from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm. The evening guest refreshments will provide an opportunity to meet fellow guests and coordinate daily excursions and activities. The Gala dinner awards reception Monday September 21st is not included in guest registration but can be added at an addition charge of $35 US Dollars per guest.
Guests should register with their accompanying conference attendees on the conference registration form. Guests are not allowed to attend any technical sessions except for the Monday morning plenary session.
Five individually priced guest tours have also been arranged, see the web page. We are pleased to announce that there is no minimum registration requirement for the guest tours this year, so there is no risk of a tour being cancelled due to too few registrants. There is an English tour guide on the tours.
Guest refreshments include coffee, tea and pastries on Sunday and Tuesday evening from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm in the Moesia room or outdoors (weather permitting).
The Ergife Palace Hotel will also be the departing and return points for the guest tours.
