The conference will be held in the Ergife Hotel located at Via Aurelia, 619 - 00165 Roma - Italy. A block of 450 rooms has been reserved at the conference hotel under the Group/Convention Code "IUS2009". The cut-off date for reservations is July 31, 2009. After that date, reservations will be accepted by the hotel only on a space available basis.
The rooms block is aligned for check-in on Friday 18 September and check-out on Thursday 24 November 2009. The Group/Convention rate will be offered from 18 September though 27 September subject to group rate availability. The negotiated Group/Convention rate is very convenient respect to the current room rate for this premier hotel and we encourage early booking. Reservations may be made via the hotel website, (the code "IUS2009" will be wrote in the "Request" field of the form) or by phone, directly to the hotel at +390666441.
