You MUST register before you can submit final paper.
After September 30, online registration will close, and you will have to register onsite.
In case of issues or questions about the registration procedure of IROS 2016, please send an email to sec2@iros2016.org.

* Registrations include admission to technical sessions, the conference kit, the conference proceedings,
--coffee breaks, receptions and the banquet.
* Banquet participation cannot be guaranteed for onsite registration.

* Once registered for workshops and tutorials, any workshop and/or tutorial can be attended on Monday
--and/or Friday.

* The standard page limit for each final paper is 6 pages. Final paper can exceed the limit up to only 8 pages,
--at a surcharge of $180 per extra page.
* Extra banquet ticket will be subject to availability.

* To cancel your registration, please notify the secretariat in writing to sec2@iros2016.org.
* Refunds will be made if cancellation occurs by August 31, with processing fee of $100.
* No refunds will be made after August 31 or for no shows.
* All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.
