Best Student Paper

Nominations for the Best Student Paper should be submitted through PaperPlaza by November 30, 2011. The nomination letter should be a single page pdf file from the student's advisor with the following information:

• Student's name
• Student's IEEE member number
• Paper title
• Paper number
• Confirmation that the student was the primary developer of the ideas and a student at the time of the submission
