Morning interactive session
- Posters should be hung before the plenary session which begins at 9:00am. The exhibition hall opens at 8:30am for poster presenters.
- If you are bringing your own poster please go directly to your allocated poster pod to hang your poster.
- If you have ordered through SNAP printing you can collect your poster at the poster collection desk at the back of the exhibition hall. The posters will be organised by the family name of the presenter and the session code. SNAP will only have the posters being presented in that morning session available.
- Volunteers, equipped with velcro and a small step ladder, will help you to hang your poster.
- Posters should be taken down around 1:00pm. If posters are not taken down, the volunteers will remove them and take them to a storage room behind the poster desk in an unsorted heap. Any uncollected posters will be disposed of at 6:00pm on Thursday 24 May.
Afternoon interactive session
- Posters should be hung at the end of the lunch break and before the afternoon keynote which begins at 2:00pm (2:30pm on Thursday)
