ICRA2009 is providing a number of travel supports to selected students/authors of papers to be presented at ICRA2009. The decisions on assignment of these grants will be coordinated by the Committee.
ICRA Travel Grant for US Students

Students who are US citizens or permanent residents, and who are planning to present their work at ICRA 2009, are invited to apply for an travel grant. This grant will cover partial airfare reimbursement for coach/economy class on US flag carriers only. See the details at the webpage.
* Note: Most of laboratories may not accept visitors on May 4-6 because these dates are local national holidays.
Travel Supports for IEEE RAS Students
Application: Closed
The travel support of up to $1,000 for student attendees of ICRA2009 ($500 for attendees from Region 10, $1,000 for attendees from other regions). The funds will also be used to cover student registration fee. To receive the travel supports, the student must report at the conference site, and show his/her passport and airline tickets. The student must certify that the conference registration and that part of travel expenses covered by the received award are not otherwise covered by university, foundation, or industry funds.

Note: The nominator should fill in the Student Travel Support Request Form. (a .doc file), including in particular the student's data, the number provided by the PaperPlaza system to the already submitted paper, and a justification for the request. The paper should not be resubmitted, as it is already in the system. The filled Request Form should be converted to a PDF file and submitted through the conference submission website (PaperPlaza).
Attention: In the submission website, you have to follow the same steps as to submit a manuscript except the section "title of the paper." Please type, Travel support for (author) of (your paper title), instead of simply using your original paper's title verbatim, because this submission wizard will not allow you to upload second submission with exact same title.
