Sponsorship of ICRA 2009:

ICRA 2009 offers sponsorship opportunities and exhibit space for interested corporations. Any company interested in sponsoring will receive the items listed below as a part of their sponsorship package. If you are interested in being a sponsor please contact the exhibits chair and fill out the sponsorship form.

GOLD Sponsorship: 500,000 yen (or USD 5,000) (includes items listed below)

Exhibiting at ICRA 2009

The exhibition space is offered for interested corporation at 150,000 yen (or USD 1,500) per exhibit booth (2.7m x 1.8m). We welcome university and institute exhibitors as well as corporate. If you are interested in being an exhibitor please contact the exhibits chair and fill out the exhibit form.

Setup and tear down information for exhibitors

If you need to have materials shipped out for your exhibit and stored locally, please make sure you have indicated this on the form you filled out to register your booth.
If you would like goods delivered to you at the conference, please note that such deliveries will be admitted only at and after 9:00 AM, on Tuesday May 12, 2009 at the Office of the KOBE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE CENTER.

Please remind you should receive your goods by yourself at the center on your responsibility.

The decorator will be setting up the booths on Monday May 11, 2009. As an exhibitor you will be able to move in and arrange your materials in your booth starting at 9:00 on Tuesday 12 through at 17:00 Wednesday 13. The official exhibition will open starting at 9:00 on Thursday May 14 through at 15:30 on Saturday May 16. You will be able to open your booth as well on Tuesday May 12 and Wednesday 13.

The exhibition formally ends at 15:30 on Saturday May 16, 2009. Exhibitors will be required to empty their booths between15:30 and 17:30. It is very important to empty the booth by 17:30 since the decorator will physically dismantle the booths between 17:30-19:00 on Saturday May 16, 2009.
