Technical Tours (update: 04/09)
ICRA2009 is pleased to offer three separate technical tours for the attendees in which you will have an opportunity to see the newest researches and technologies.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: from Organizing Committee
Osaka Univ. Technical Tour (May 17) has been cancelled due to several reported cases of Swine Flu in Kobe City area. The first domestic infection of swine flu is confirmed on May 16, 2009. A full refund of Osaka Univ. Technical tour fee is issued by credit card chargebacks or cash back. If you have any questions, please visit JTB desk on May 17 at the conference reception (4th Floor at the International Conference Center).
The alert level on Swine Flu was elevated to Phase 5. For the infection prevention, we will carry out the thermometry for all the participants of technical tours. Those who had high fever or any other Swine Flu symptom can not participate in technical tours, and the ICRA staff will immediately take them to medical specialists. During the tours, we would like to ask all of participants to wear a mask. Masks will be provided at the registration desk or at the tour departure point. Since we are on the risks of pandemic, we should consider all the problems seriously. The ICRA organizing committee will make the maximum efforts for the protection against Swine Flu. Thanks for your understanding. |
