The virtual panel discussion right before ICRA 2022 is intended to give everyone a chance to network with the community, even if they cannot attend the conference in person. The event features pitches and a panel discussion between some of the world's most distinguished robotics researchers who have eventually been invited to present a keynote at one of the major robotics conferences. The discussions will address career paths, opportunities, milestones, and difficulties that the panelists have faced along their journey as women in engineering.
There is NO CHARGE for this event, however registration is required.

Come enjoy a snack and beverage and meet other student attendees at the Social Hour hosted by the RAS Student Activities Committee! Attend our social hour to meet other student attendees before the conference begins to make it easier to network and engage in thoughtful conversations on the future of robotics and automation throughout the rest of the conference.

RAS WIE provides the opportunity to foster discussion on the role of women in robotics and automation, inspire girls and promote collaborations and initiatives to advance women in leadership. The goal for this event is to be more than a dinner for women, but a dinner with women, a diverse audience is encouraged. Therefore, men are more than welcome to participate and enjoy the discussion.
