BOOK EARLY! May is a very busy season in Montreal and we expect hotels and other accommodations to fill up quickly. Do not wait until the last few weeks before the Conference as the options may be very limited. In Canada, most hotels accept fully reimbursable reservations with only 1-night guarantee and cancellations up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
