IEEE ICRA 2019 is pleased to announce the availability of on-site childcare for participants managed by KiddieCorp.
Participants in need of child care services at the conference should contact KiddieCorp directly to make arrangements. Participant is fully responsible for reviewing the services offered and determining whether they are suitable for his/her child. IEEE makes no representations regarding the provision of services by KiddieCorp.
Registration
The advance registration deadline is May 17, 2019; however, we recommend you make your reservation by May 5, 2019. Register early as availability is limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. KiddieCorp must receive both the registration form and payment in full to hold any advance reservations. You are also welcome to register on-site, however, there is no guarantee and it is not recommended.

Sign-Up Deadline
Early registration prior to the congress is strongly recommended though the Child Care reservation link will remain active until May 23.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made to KiddieCorp prior to May 3, 2019* for a full refund. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued.
