Ali-Riza Durmaz

Ali Riza Durmaz received the B.Eng. degree in microsystems- and nanotechnology at the University of Applied Science Kaiserslautern and is currently enrolled in the M.Sc. programm in microsystems engineering from the University of Freiburg. The main focus of his studies is related to MEMS Processing and Design/Simulation. Since middle of 2015 he is working in the design and simulation of piezoelectric Energy harvesting structures as a Student Assistant in the Microsystem Materials Laboratory, Department of Microsystems Engineering (IMTEK), University of Freiburg. His bachelor thesis, which was performed at Robert Bosch GmbH, was entitled “Characterization and Optimization of Thermal Conductivity of Thin Films for a MOEMS.
