In conjunction with IROS 2013, the IEEE Robotics & Automation Society is hosting several luncheons and photography contest. Note that the advanced registrations for luncheons are required. Please visit the following registration page.

 

WiE Luncheon: Women in Engineering Luncheon

Join other women working and studying in the exciting area of robotics and automation for a chance to share and discuss career, education, family choices and other topics.

This exciting opportunity is being offered to RAS current student members. Allowing for networking with established and celebrate leaders within the automation and robotics community, it is a valuable experience.

GOLD Luncheon for Graduates of the Last Decade:

Date: November 06, 2013 12:30-13:30

This luncheon is a way for those recent graduates and those in the early stages of their careers to connect and discuss current happenings with the robotics and automation community.

IROS2013 Photo Contest

Enter to win an iPad mini

Do you enjoy photography, have an artistic eye and are up for a challenge? If you are attending IROS 2013 in Tokyo, Japan, RAS invites you to participate in a photography contest. Photos should capture the essence of IROS, and exhibit creativity and technical skill. You are invited to submit up to three original photos taken during the event from 3-8 November 2013. The winner will receive an iPad mini.
