Registration Fee

Registration is required for all conference participants. You can complete your registration on-line. The deadline of payment for Advanced Registration fee is September 27, 2013 (JST). A registration becomes effective only after paying registration fee.

Main Conference *

* Each registration, except the presenter of only tutorial/workshop, includes the registration kit, coffee breaks, the conference DVD, and conference banquet (not included in student registrations).

** In order to submit the final paper or the video, at least one of the authors has to register in advance. Authors registered as member or non-member are allowed to upload 2 contributions. Authors registered as student or life member are allowed to upload 1 contribution. If you want to upload more contributions, a new registration is needed.

*** The presenter of only tutorial/workshop without attending the technical sessions does not need to pay the registration fee of main conference. However, he/she needs to pay the tutorial/workshop fee.

Tutorials and Workshops ***

With a registration for workshops and tutorials, you may attend any workshops and/or tutorials.

Payment Information

The Credit Card Payment method is acceptable. Payments are accepted with the cards listed below (VISA / Master / AMEX / JCB / Diners).

Please note your credit card payment will be deducted under the name of JTB, the affiliation entrusted with the handling of registrations. The on-line system can not accept payments if the holder of the credit card has a free e-mail address (such as hotmail, yahoo).

The deadline of payment for Advanced Registration fee is September 27, 2013. If you have missed that payment deadline, standard registration fee is applied. Online registration is available until October 25th 18th. Please be sure to pay your registration fee in a timely manner.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation on or before September 27, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (JPY 10,000). Please note all refunds will be made after the Conference. Note that after September 28, your registration fee will NOT be refunded. In any cases, if your registration is used to upload your contribution (paper/video) for IROS2013, your registration fee cannot be refunded.

Disclaimer: The organizers of IROS2013 wish to obtain your prior understanding that we will not be held liable for any damages incurred by participants (such as participating fees, transportation expenses, lodging expenses) as a result of a partial revision or cancellation of all or any of the content of the meeting that occurs due to reasons beyond our control, such as act of providence, outbreak of an infectious disease, or suspension of services by the venue and transportation networks.

- All cancellations must be processed online
- In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below.

Cancellation fee for Workshop/Tutorial/Extra page
- No cancellation after your registration.
