Visa Information
For all authors of accepted manuscripts, we will prepare necessary documents for your visa application according to your request. Please contact IROS2013 secreatry (address is described below) and please also visit the useful links shown below about details of visa.
Application is already closed. If you need documents for your visa application, please contact the secretary. Please understand that we may not be able to issue the required documents. Please contact us immediately.

To get documents
1) Complete registration and deposit your registration fee.
2) E-mail following documents to conference secretary (secretary(at)iros2013.org) as earlier as possible (no later than September 7).
- Copy of your passport
- Copy of your E-ticket
(If you have not yet received your E-ticket, please inform us your flight No. and departure/arrival date and time.)
- Detailed itinerary for your stay in Japan including name & address of your hotel
- Registration ID at JTB's online-registration system
- Submission number and title of your accepted paper if you are an author
- Title/Position
- Affiliation/Employer
- Postal Address (including affiliations, ZIP code, and country name)
- Only when you are NOT an author of accepted papers recommendation letter from your institution/superior
or
short e-mail to secretary(at)iros2013.org by a Japanese scientist who knows you well

3) The documents will be sent to you. Please note that we will send these documents after we have confirmed all the procedures for the authors (the payment of your registration fee, the submissions of camera-ready, paper digest, and copyright transfer form).
