Welcome Reception (Sunday, Nov. 3rd, 17:30-19:30)

All registrants and their accompanying persons are invited to joint the welcome reception on Sunday 3rd.  Some refreshment with buffet will be offered at Reception Hall, 1F, Tokyo Big Sight (see floor map 1F).

Banquet (Tuesday, Nov. 5th, 19:30-22:00)

On Tuesday, Nov. 5th, 19:30-22:00, we will have the conference banquet at Palais Royal, B1F, Grand Pacific LE DAIBA.  The banquet is co-sponsored by Reflexxes GmbH.  The banquet ticket is required for entry.

The shuttle bus will be arranged for your transportation from Big Sight to Grand Pacific LE DAIBA during 18:30-19:00.  Please refer floor map 1F, Tokyo Big Sight for the bus stop (Central Terminal).  The shuttle bus service will be provided first-com first-service basis.  If you cannot get the shuttle bus, please take Yurikamome railway from Kokusai-Tenjijo Station to Daiba Station.  It will cost JPY 240 and take 7 minutes.

You may purchase the banquet ticket on-sight at the registration desk, 6F, Tokyo Big Sight or at reception desk, B1F, Grand Pacific LE DAIBA as of the availabilities of seats.

Farewell Party (Thursday, Nov. 7th, 17:15-18:45)

We invite all registrants and their accompanying persons to celebrate the end of a successful conference and take the opportunity to say farewell to your colleagues. Please joint the farewell party on Thursday 7th. Some refreshment with buffet will be offered at FOOD COURT&BEER Eat iT! , 1F, Conference Tower, Tokyo Big Sight.
